About Brian Brophy

Brian Brophy is a civil litigation and criminal defense attorney. He’s had the benefit of extensive experience both prosecuting and defending criminal and civil actions. The majority of his practice is devoted to defending those charged with crimes and representing people who have been seriously injured in accidents. That said, Mr. Brophy has enjoyed a diverse line-of-fire education having successfully litigated numerous business disputes, partnership dissolution matters, professional licensure defense, medical malpractice actions and investigated and defended against political misconduct allegations. Mr. Brophy has achieved a long and exceptional record of victories at trial, just settlements, and fair pre-trial dispositions. Equally important, he has helped numerous clients to avoid litigation or criminal charges. Mr. Brophy practices before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and represents clients at all stages of the legal process from pre-suit or pre-charging through appeal.
