Adept at improving efficiency and guiding large-scale teams and resources in private and government sectors.I became a supervisor in the United States Air Force in 2005 and have trained over 300 people on many different jobs and processes. I have trained brand new young Airmen on job skills, shop equipment use and maintenance, & aircraft structural repairs. Guided younger supervisors, fostering a people-first attitude in caring, compassion, nurturing, growth, and management of crews. Encouraging career path progression in performance of daily operational functions, continued education, and community involvement. I enjoy using the skills acquired over 21 years in the military to improve processes by streamlining functions within an organization, to reduce or cut out waste while improving production. Taking lessons learned, making adjustments, with continual information flow up or down the chain of command on how to improve processes, and what limitations the team may face in order to achieve the organizational goals.
