About Brian Bruno

Welding and fabrication has always been a passion of mine. I honestly love the challenge of bringing a project to life, the bigger the better. Over the years my focus has turned to mentoring others in this field. Implementing 5's and Lean Manufacturing skills i have learned to make our team stronger, happier and more productive. I believe my version of Lean is much more acceptable and palatable to the laymen. I am in essence a "shop guy". If there is one thing shop guys can identify its a lack of experience. This is my defining factor. I grew up in a shop and have no problems jumping right in, rolling my sleeves up and working together to find safest most efficient process while improving the overall work conditions for everyone. I have learned over the years that with the right approach all the answers you are looking for are only a few questions away.
