Biopharmaceutical Processing and Manufacturing Performing manufacturing processes as per Standard Operating Procedures and contributing to their continuous improvement in a large-scale biopharmaceutical start-up. Responsible for providing support as SME in Downstream purification, Buffer manufacture and in process analytical equipment. Contributes to the progression of GDP documentation including SOPs, MBRs, PBRs, CAPAs, Deviations, SORs etc. Supporting team members during day to day activities and assisting in their development through training and mentorship. Liaising between team members and management to provide clarity and ensure daily priorities and objectives are met. Acting as designee for Shift Leads in their absence; duties include (but are not limited to): attending and chairing meetings, Shift Lead holiday cover, use of escalation process, acting as point of contact for team members during shift.
