Highly motivated, results oriented leader with over fifteen years’ experience to the energy and technology industries. This includes over twelve years of engineering and project management experience, complimented by a broad base of relevant experience from technical field positions, and the trades. Roles included Project Manager, Facilities Engineer, Project Engineer, Operations Engineer, Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls Lead, Mechanical Lead, and Package Engineer. Over ten years of experience directing and coordinating with internal departments, contractors, vendors and clients. I am a natural leader, skilled mentor and mediator who excels at identifying and cultivating team members’ skills and talents to improve team performance, innovation and efficiency. By drawing on experiences from past roles in many key client stakeholder groups, I am able to achieve strong communication and collaboration with clients. A diverse background also grants me insight into many aspects of the client's needs. My ability to identify and align with client needs and expectations is a valuable tool for building strong client relationships. I have repeatedly achieved project success with focus on collaborative planning, identifying all project requirements, key opportunities and risks early in the project.
