My professional background of over 3 decades reflects a wide range of experience and achievements in executive-management development, project management, Quality and productivity improvement, organizational development and labor relations and retention. Having performed in over 17 years in the Timeshare Industry in many different sales and management roles. My cultural experiences with Marriott Worldwide Vacations, Wyndham Worldwide, just to name a few in Orlando, Florida and the Caribbean has help me develop a six sense in anticipating needs of others. Developed and implemented (1) the highest customer retention known of over 87% in the industry.(2) Working with two of the world’s largest timeshare exchange companies, Collectively they have over 6 Million members, Interval International and Resorts Condominium International. By helping developers increase their customer retention of over 17% in purchase incentive options at point of sale added to their bottom line that represented over $2.1 Million dollars. In 2005 through 2007 I was Director of Sales for Harvest for Life Foundation/dba All Florida Job Fairs non profit organization. We provided a venue for major and small companies to interview several hundred applicants in a 4 hour period every month in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville Florida. Working with companies like Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild, Bank of America, AT & T, Marriott Hotels and Vacation Club, Hilton Vacation Club, Starwood Vacation Club, Cendant/ World leader in family vacations with Wyndham, just too name a few.
