Brian is an outcome-focused healthcare planner and project manager who has spent the last 18 years focusing on the design, engineering, and construction of healthcare facilities. His roles have had a strong focus on strategic development, planning, project delivery, and tactical communication. Brian’s education and professional background as healthcare architect and strategic planner have fostered a unique lens through which he views the development of capital projects, and unique set of tools he uses to deliver them. Efficiency has been a common thread in Brian’s professional development, using lean concepts to develop tools and data driven programs which increase the effectiveness of his team. Brian is a dynamic problem solver. When identifying the best outcome for a complex problem, Brian is able consider, quantify, and categorize a high number of inputs. His ability to distill these complexities and communicate them in a simplified manner builds confidence in the teams he leads as well as those he reports to. On a multi-disciplinary team, Brian is a compliment to both the clinical experts and design/construction specialists. Speaking both languages, Brian serves as a translator and facilitator. He possesses the strong communication skills required to draw out the project goals/objectives while identifying the methods his team needs to realize them.
