As the APAC Regional Lead Consultant in the Health & Benefits team at WTW, I provide strategic consulting advice to multinational corporations, enhancing and optimizing their employee benefits offerings. My role involves designing, practicing, strategizing, and managing costs to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs and objectives. With an actuarial background, I leverage predictive analytics and projection models to address complex business problems. I create, optimize, and visualize findings using business intelligence tools, effectively communicating insights through storytelling. Throughout my career in benefits consulting, actuarial pricing validation, cost projections, data analytics automation, and data visualization, I have consistently delivered high-quality products by working collaboratively with teams. I excel at creating value by optimizing analysis flows and presenting findings in a compelling, storytelling fashion. I am passionate to explore synergy between actuarial science, data analytics in consulting, and I am dedicated to integrating these fields to drive impactful results for my clients.
