I’m currently leading large-scale LLM and Generative AI programs for Uber, Udacity, Hyundai, and Google—spanning 20+ languages and driving over $1 million in revenue. From simple multi-step evaluations to complex reasoning tasks, I get to work on some of the most exciting AI projects out there. With a background in language technology, I specialize in making AI-driven language solutions scalable, secure, and useful for real-world business needs. I’ve helped companies roll out customized neural machine translation (NMT) engines and generative AI workflows tailored for specific domains like healthcare, manufacturing, and e-learning—especially between Korean and English. Beyond AI and localization, I also manage enterprise compliance programs, including ISO/IEC 27001 operations. I handle everything from audits and vendor assessments to risk management and ongoing improvements to our information security systems. What I really enjoy is connecting people, processes, and technologies across borders—making sure global content feels local, trustworthy, and smartly delivered.
