About Brian Choi

With over five years of work experience in geomatics engineering, field technology, and product management, I am a Specialty Construction Product Manager at Trimble, a leading provider of advanced location-based solutions. In this role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly products that enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety in the construction industry. I leverage my skills in project management, technical support, product testing, and Microsoft Office to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback. Previously, I worked as a Project Manager, a Technical Sales Representative, a Geospatial Technical Support, and a Product Tester at Trimble, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in different aspects of the field technology group. I also have a background in information systems engineering and surveying, having worked as an Information Systems Engineer at Teck Resources Limited and an Assistant Surveyor at Vista Geomatics Ltd. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary and have received multiple awards for academic excellence. I am passionate about applying geospatial technologies to solve real-world problems and creating value for the customers and the society. I am also fluent in English and Korean and enjoy learning new languages and cultures.
