I'm a Product Operations and Go-to-Market leader who builds the systems and frameworks that help product organizations launch faster and scale effectively. Over the past 2 years at Insurity, I've led GTM strategy while establishing the operating model for product suite business unit. I coordinate release planning across multiple product teams, partnering with Product Marketing on positioning, Sales on enablement, and Marketing on multi-channel communications. I build the operational infrastructure that makes launches repeatable: GTM playbooks, launch checklists, RACI frameworks, and KPI dashboards (SQL, Power BI) that track adoption and measure impact. Recent work includes reducing time-to-market through redesigned intake workflows and standardized processes. My product launches span AI-powered capabilities (underwriting automation using risk scoring, document intelligence with OCR and LLMs) and traditional B2B SaaS platforms (policy administration, billing). I've spent 10+ years in insurance technology, gaining valuable domain depth, while gathering process design and GTM skills transferable across most industries. Earlier in my career, I founded and led operations for a distributed SaaS startup in Switzerland, building systems for global, remote-first teams. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, creating the frameworks that let product teams ship with confidence and scale with consistency.
