My background includes twenty four years of dedicated naval service ranging from fleet operations in multiple theaters to Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RTD & E) and Fleet Readiness which encompassed P-3, NP-3D, C-2, E2-C, E2-D and MH-53 aircraft, helicopters and related equipment. My experience, expertise and knowledge in the naval aviation environment includes the following: maintenance scheduling, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, aviation maintenance, aircraft component repair, logistics, aircrew and pilot support, management, planning, coordinating, maximizing flight hours, executing maintenance schedule, and evaluating operational aviation events in multiple squadrons. A competent leader well versed in the direction of multiple work centers and maintenance personnel. 22 Years’ experience in Quality Assurance has provided me with in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance Management, Industrial Safety Management, Maintenance Safety Management, Operational Risk Management, Curriculum and Instructional Development and Naval Aviation Program Management and Program Analysis. Routinely directed. managed and performed audits on a variety naval aviation and safety related programs. For the past Five years I have played an active role in support of the Government Global Installation Contract (GIC) concentrating on Naval Shipboard installs with two Prime Contractors. I have Worked multiple task orders on these GIC Contracts and have used the Change Order process to capture increase in scope on the contract and the claim additional funding to support it for the Prime Contractor. As A Change Order manager and a Project Control specialist I have been involved in all aspects of Government Contract and administrative Management I am a self-motivated leader with proven organizational aptitude, communication ability, people skills, and record keeping ability. I strive to ensure personnel perform at their best. Prolific writing ability, I am capable of editing, producing technical reports and executive summaries. I work well in large organizations, small groups or individually. Highly Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and most windows-based programs along with all platforms of Social media.
