I have been working as a Corporate Account Manager at Vhi Healthcare, Ireland's leading health insurer, for over 25 years. My role is to develop strong long-term relationships with my key corporate clients in the Mid West Region and to implement suitable healthcare solutions for them. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and value-added products that enhance the health and wellbeing of my clients and their employees. I have a Professional Diploma in Insurance from University College Dublin and I am skilled in negotiation, business planning, sales, wellbeing and coaching. I have consistently achieved sales volumes, revenue, and profitability targets and I have developed and implemented plans to leverage further profitable revenue streams in a multi-product environment. I also support the sales team on identifying and growing sales opportunities. Additionally, I have a background in sports and wellness and I have recently completed a Workplace Wellbeing Certificate in Trinity’s Tangent Innovation. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider and First Aider.
