Otherwise, leading is like walking a stubborn English bulldog – unproductive, laborious, and frustrating. I need to feel what my team members feel and to work with them. FLEXIBLE: I thrive in unstructured environments that are prone to day-to-day uncertainty. I can adapt to changed plans and take on new, unexpected responsibilities with ease. I will roll up my sleeves and pitch in whenever and for whatever. Except, no tasks on the edge of cliffs. Sorry – I cannot do heights. PROBLEM SOLVER: I run to challenges and problems. I seek them out. Some view this as nuts. But it is what makes me tick. I am energized to fix dissatisfaction or tackle inefficiencies. I work as if "nothing is impossible." Got a problem? I’ll roll up my sleeves. And I'll solve it. ACHIEVER: Every morning, I MUST make my bed. It makes me feel satisfied. Every day, I strive to make meaningful accomplishments.
