I’ve successfully led initiatives across three healthcare startup companies aligning every aspect with the organization's evolving needs. I have worked specifically in Mental/Behavioral Health, Kidney Health, Diagnostic Laboratories, Health Plans/Insurance, and Physician Practice Management, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).I currently lead all Compliance, Privacy, and Security Operations for a FQHC.I have completed 3 nationally recognized Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Institutes: Compliance (2) Privacy (1) furthering and expanding my knowledge of the healthcare regulatory space and continuing my education in the ever changing healthcare world.I thrive in dynamic environments, whether it is being a "do-er," individual contributor, team mate or manager. In addition to my core responsibilities in compliance, privacy, and security, I routinely assist HR, IT Helpdesk, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or working alongside the Executive Teams to ensure organizational cohesion and operational excellence, stepping in wherever needed. My adaptability and proactive approach have made me a key asset in both clinical healthcare settings and corporate environments.I’m passionate about developing robust compliance frameworks that not only meet regulatory requirements but also empower organizations to grow confidently and securely.
