As the Head of Client Relationships & Client Strategy at Interac I lead the relationship with Interac's Regional Banks, Challenger/NEO Banks and Credit Unions along with Client Strategy. My 20+ year career across financial services and consumer packaged goods is marked by consistently exceeding revenue targets, negotiating complex deals, and building trusted relationships. I have a proven track record of leading customer relationship management for key clients, successfully managing the growth and development of customer payments businesses, including credit, debit, and prepaid business lines. Prior to joining Interac, I was Vice President of Client and Partnership Management at Peoples Group, where I managed the relationship for Issuing, Acquiring and Money Movement clients along with partnerships including Visa, Mastercard and Interac. Prior to Peoples Group, I was a Business Leader at Mastercard, where I managed key client relationships across Issuers and Merchants. I have deep expertise of the Canadian Payment Landscape. I am passionate about building and leading high-performing teams. My strategic thinking and deep understanding of market dynamics enable me to develop innovative solutions that drive success.
