I have diversified experience ranging from military and education management. I have a proven track record of resolving conflicts and building alliances between parties, strategizing the development of training venues for staff, coordinating services and events with outside stakeholders, and collaborating with a team oriented approach in the development of policies, procedures, and best practices that facilitate maximum productivity, site safety, and staff morale. My goal is to utilize my experiences to further pursue opportunities in leadership and management with a focus on operations and Human Resources. My goal further encompasses a continuance in the enhancement of my core knowledge of effective leadership practices that can be implemented in any setting.
