About Brian Culhane

I am the CEO of Basesite, a company that I founded in 2015 to provide software services for the manufacturing and construction industry. With over 13 years of experience in this niche, I lead a team of developers who create and deliver software solutions that meet the needs and challenges of our clients, such as equipment installation, process migration, and arc flash reduction. Before starting Basesite, I was a lead electrical engineer at Jacobs, where I worked on various projects for Intel, one of the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers. I was responsible for leading a team of four engineers, overseeing the design and delivery of electrical systems, and coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders. I also gained strong skills in various software tools, such as Excel, Access, SQL Server, AutoCAD, and Easypower, which I use to enhance my software development capabilities. I am a lifelong learner who constantly seeks to improve my skills through online courses and certifications, such as JavaScript Essential Training and Excel Macros in Depth. I thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy solving complex problems with the help of my team. My mission is to provide innovative and reliable software products and services that help our clients achieve their goals and improve their operations.
