With over 15 years of experience in the e-commerce sector, I specialize in helping businesses grow through well-structured training programs, operational efficiency, and client success strategies. I’ve been fortunate to take on a wide variety of roles—from running a successful e-commerce Amazon and Shopify business, to leading operations at a 3PL and Amazon prep center, to developing comprehensive training programs for aspiring e-commerce and Amazon sellers. Currently, I serve as the Operations Manager at 'Prep It Pack It Ship It'- a 3PL Amazon prep center and order fulfillment warehouse - where I oversee finance, team leadership, client satisfaction, and the implementation of automated onboarding and client support systems. I provide client guidance and training regarding inventory management, Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipments, FBM and DTC order fulfillment, inventory removal, and customer returns. My experience allows me to streamline processes, elevate client relationships, and drive overall operational success. Prior to my current role, I spent over six years as the Training Program Director at the E-commerce Business School. There, I developed and delivered hundreds of educational programs—both live and recorded—and led a team of trainers to empower students from across the globe. I produced a weekly podcast -'Saturday Morning Live'- to support and inspire budding Amazon sellers. My ability to design impactful training, coach individuals, and contribute to strategic leadership made a lasting impact on student outcomes and business growth. I’m now seeking remote opportunities where I can leverage my strengths in client success, operations management, and training program development. I thrive in environments where I can help teams improve efficiency, elevate client experiences, and ultimately contribute to the company’s bottom line.
