With over eight years at Revolver Brewing, my expertise in sample analysis, microbe identification and quality assurance, has become a cornerstone of the brewery's commitment to excellence. The pursuit of precision in every batch of beer is more than a job—it's a reflection of my dedication to crafting a product that consistently delights our customers. At Revolver Brewing, we share a mission to produce premium beers that stand out in a very competitive market, and my role in this process is to ensure accuracy, consistency, and the highest standards of quality. In my most recent role as a QA Laboratory Technician, I've honed my skills in collecting and analyzing critical brewing data, from CO2 and pH adjustments, fermentation and microbial beer spoiler identification. My responsibilities extend from the sensory testing of beer samples to maintaining lab instruments and training operators. Through effective communication and monthly KPI reports, I support our management team in making informed decisions that enhance our brewing processes and product quality.
