About Brian Dawson

With 21 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, I bring a unique fusion of battlefield-tested leadership, precision logistics, and academic insight to every challenge I tackle. As a certified Master Instructor, Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (currently pursuing my Black Belt), I thrive at the intersection of strategic operations and continuous process improvement. Currently completing my MBA in Organizational Leadership, I’ve also earned certifications in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Penn State and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School. My goal is to leverage this expertise to drive meaningful impact in the civilian sector—whether in logistics, data analytics, or beyond. Off-duty, I’m a devoted husband and father of two amazing kids, a lifelong learner, and a guy who believes in service both in and out of uniform. We recently added a second dog, Baxter, to our home—joining our loyal pup Buster. Our house is now a little louder, a little messier, and a lot more joyful. Looking ahead, I’m excited to explore new leadership opportunities in both the private and public sectors—wherever I can put my passion for people, process, and progress to work.
