Enjoy negotiating government contracts and successfully going through audits and quality reviews, as well as advocating for policy change on multiple levels. Have worked with legislative bodies to educate on the needs of the system serving children and families on the state and national level. Have led multiple restructuring plans to adapt to the changing business climate as well as continuously improved budgetary and quality performance in programs, serving in multiple locations, for the purpose of truly improving the lives of children and families, as well as expanding the mission reach of the organization.
