My most recent experience has provided me with more than seven years of progressive management experience inside the global contact center operation. I have an established track record as an individual that has consistently delivered high levels of program success defined by service, cost, and quality improvements. My most recent position is the Senior Account Manager role responsible for oversight of a department that runs globally across multiple subcontractors, in multiple sites that employ a total of 800 production seats, and generates $35 million in annual revenue. I’m also responsible for improvement at an operational level, and monitoring individual and team performance throughout the global enterprise.
