About Brian Decoste

I bring over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries to my role, along with a solid track record of leading teams to exceptional operational and financial performances in highly-competitive environments. In the past, I’ve held senior roles in some of Canada’s top engineering and construction firms, where I successfully built and led extensive multidisciplinary architectural and engineering teams. Currently, I serve as Senior Vice-President, West and Business Development at Englobe, leading the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration efforts. I also head Englobe’s national business development strategy. Ultimately, my goal is to optimize Englobe’s service offering and expand its footprint in Western Canada and elsewhere. This role leverages my strengths, which include strategic planning, creating business opportunities and bringing companies together. I’m also passionate about helping our First Nations achieve their full potential. At Englobe, I work closely with our Indigenous Relations Manager to develop and deploy a comprehensive, national First Nations strategy to empower and support these communities. During my down time, I enjoy fishing, spending time with my family, or lacing up my skates for a hockey game.
