About Brian Dolan

I have been employed in the gaming industry for over 32 years with experience in executive and corporate level management in both Gaming manufacturing and casino operations. 21 years of that experience came from my employment with Caesars Entertainment where I held multiple positions throughout the employment term. My experience has been focused in environments that are heavily regulated and daily work requires strict adherence to established policies and procedures. I’ve held gaming licensing in all required work jurisdictions. I’ve played a key role in 3 new property openings from a property position and have assisted in 5 additional new openings from a corporate Gaming strategy position. I held the position of COO with VSR Industries where my primary responsibility was the overall management of the manufacturing operations in the Slot Cabinet, Sheet Metal and Woodshop divisions to include, but not limited to the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that ensure the on-time delivery of the company’s product. I accepted a position at Synergy Blue, LLC in late 2017, working in the role of Senior Vice President of Operations where my focus was assisting the company’s growth in the skill-based casino gaming industry. After several years of development focus on patented product, the company began working its way through an ownership transition to Akkadian Enterprise, the parent company of Empire Technological Group. I was offered an opportunity to help transition the assets to the new company by its ownership, which I have had the pleasure of working with for over 20 years in many different capacities. While my focus is the growth and success of the new company, I would truly like to see the product of our hard work at Synergy Blue come to fruition.
