About Brian Doliner

Brian comes to the world of residential real estate leveraging his experience as a successful business owner and entrepreneur. After graduating from Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business and beginning his career at Goldman Sachs, Brian joined Refrig-It Warehouse, a privately-held food warehousing, and distribution business. After twelve years of growing the business to 3 facilities and over 100 employees, Brian led the transition to private equity ownership and stepped down as CEO. Looking to apply his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to problem-solving and his love of helping people, Brian joined Weiniger Realty. Brian works tirelessly on a daily basis helping buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Brian has also leveraged his experience in building an investment portfolio of multifamily properties, new construction, and flips. Having grown up in Warren Township, Brian always knew that he would return to Somerset County to raise his family. Brian loves to share his passion for local food, community, and interior design, helping to educate new buyers on what living in each hyperlocal neighborhood is really like. It’s important to fall in love with where you live before you can fall in love with a specific home.In 2017 Brian, his wife Samantha, and son Jordan, moved to Basking Ridge from Jersey City in pursuit of great schools, block parties, community, a backyard, and closet space. Since then they have welcomed twin boys, Sawyer and Harrison, to their family.
