About Brian Doman

Born and raised Shenandoah County resident and married to my sweetheart Leslie for 31 years, we have 3 children together - Jalen, Marissa, and Alexis, and two granddaughters, Zoie and Wrenly. Before I became a Realtor, I worked in the printing industry, postal service and HVAC business. I was drawn to real estate when members of my family began building and remodeling homes in the area, and there was a need for a Realtor to help them sell their homes. My previous jobs in management, customer service and sales have helped prepare me in my role as Realtor. What I most love about real estate is being able to work with families and individuals, with the goal to find them just what they’re looking for. I have a positive attitude, kind heart, and strong passion to help others. I pride myself on being a great listener, in tune with just what my clients want and need. I love lending a hand to a seller preparing their home for the market, or doing whatever I can to go the extra mile for a buyer. My heart for service has led me to long time roles in coaching and refereeing youth sports in the area. I am also very active at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Strasburg. In my free time, I enjoy working out at the gym, basketball and golf. I have won various awards such as the 2023 Sales Associate of the Year, 2023 Circle of Excellence, President's Gold Award in 2018-2023, Outstanding Sales Award in 2018-2023, and NVD's Best Realtor of the Year in 2018, 2023 and 2024.
