In early career at Powdermet Inc. between 2004 and 2014, authored and co-authored between 50 and 100 proposals, securing over $10M in funding for a variety of materials science-related projects, including advanced armor and energy-absorbing metal foams, pre-ceramic polymer heat shield materials for hypersonics, capacitor technology, obscurant technology, nanomaterials, and radar transparent heat shields. Expert in materials science, mechanical design, Computer Aided Engineering and Manufacturing, and programming languages such as Python, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML. Leveraged AI tools to enhance productivity and developed a sophisticated internal quality tracking system.
