About Brian Driscoll

As a dedicated mental health counselor with a unique background having served in the U.S. military and as a law enforcement after federal service, I bring a multifaceted perspective to supporting individuals in their personal and emotional growth. Currently, as a mental health counselor in a middle school, where I focus on helping young adolescents navigate the challenges of mental health, trauma, and emotional well-being, as well as the complexities of childhood development with a focus on attachment and connection. Additionally, I work in a private counseling practice, where I work with clients from various walks of life to foster healing and resilience using strengths based and solutions focused modalities to help people become the best versions of themselves. I am also a third year doctoral student in Educational Leadership, pursuing a deeper understanding of how to improve systems of support within schools and communities by intersecting the role that mental health, attachment, and connections have on learning. My career has been shaped by a commitment to service, integrity, and creating environments where individuals can thrive, whether in law enforcement, military settings, or now in education and mental health. Through my experiences, I’ve developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and counseling skills, which I apply daily in helping students and clients unlock their potential and overcome challenges. I am passionate about using my diverse background to continue making a meaningful impact in education and mental health, building bridges between people, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
