Print Center Tech in which I had advised associates with cost saving best print practices which saved the Corporation 3-5 times my salary per year in print savings. Marketed Print Center to associates so that majority of print jobs were kept in house which saved the corporation as a whole 30 percent or more on print jobs. Served as a production manager in the capacity as far as print center for job cost estimating, print status, available print and finish methods, forcasted & maintained inventory levels, print coding for billing purposes. Worked with mailroom staff on production scheduling of mail insertion and folding jobs. Converted multiple electronic files into PDF for the printing and archiving of manuals for ITS Dept. and URO Medical Billing Dept. as well as HR Dept. Served as Team Lead on presorted mailings by auditing mailing lists which saved the corporation on postage costs and performing mail merge for associates.
