RCAF (Lieutenant Colonel - Retired) Pilot with over 20 years of operational and instructional flying experience (CF-18, Tornado GR.4) in all aspects of Tactical Fighter aircraft operations, including Strategic & Operational Joint planning and integration, international/multi-national operations Command & Control, Exercise Planning, Development and Execution, and Air-Land Integration. Most recently, was the Deputy Military Director and day-to-day manager of DND’s largest Alternate Service Delivery (ASD) contracts for RCAF Pilot Training with CAE Inc and KFAero Inc - the NFTC (NATO Flying Training in Canada) contract, and the CFTS (Contracted Flying Training & Support) contract. Was also responsible for overseeing the operational management and security of the RCAF’s busiest airport at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, to include ATC and all airfield safety, security, and support operations. Currently a qualified Aircraft Captain on the Airbus A319/320/321 aircraft with Air Canada. Previously qualified on the four variants of the Boeing B737 (-600NG /-700NG /-800NG /Max8) with WestJet and was ETOPS certified, operating from Hawaii to Western Europe and from Northern Canada to the Southern Caribbean.
