About Brian Dwyer

After nearly two decades in the corporate sector, I made the leap to a career with Edward Jones. I've always cherished roles that allow me to have a direct impact on others and that's exactly what Edward Jones allows me to do. I help clients build, manage, protect and transition their wealth. As I get to know my clients on a deeper level, my goal is to understand their unique situation in order to provide holistic strategies that deliver solutions for the varying elements of their financial goals. I balance upside potential with downside risk mitigation. When markets experience volatility, I lean in by increasing client touchpoints, reminding them of their strategy and taking the actions necessary in a down market. I am committed to deeply serving investors, retirees, business owners and multi-generational families. My family is at the center of everything I do. My wife, Janelle, grew up in Woodland and we moved here together in 2009. Married since 2008, we are the lucky parents of two incredible young boys, Cohen and Rylen. I'm an active person in the community. My wife owned and operated a small business in downtown Woodland called Sweet Potato Pie. I am actively involved with Woodland Rotary as a board member, Woodland Little League and a Yolo County Farm Bureau business member. I graduated magna cum laude from Michigan Technological University (Houghton, MI) with a bachelor's degree in business administration and I was a running back on the football team. I was recently inducted into my alma maters Nevada Union High School Sports Hall of Fame. I suppose I peaked too early in sports.
