About Brian Easthope

I am an engineer who pays attention to the details and constantly tries to figure out the why behind things I see and learn. I am proactive at accomplishing whatever tasks are at hand, especially when I am new to a given field. I enjoy working with my hands or being on the move while working. I love to learn on the job and from others experiences. Working with others is something I really enjoy and I think better ideas and higher productivity comes from collaboration. Designing medical devices is where I find passion because it directly helps people and improves their quality of life. In school I worked with a team of 6 students to develop a heating and vibrating muscle roller to aid in blood flow and muscle recovery. We built a functional prototype from the ground up in 5 months. This project was a lot of fun and allowed me to learn about power distribution and work with others in design decisions.
