Our company mission is all about helping farmers make better decisions so that in time they can achieve their dreams for themselves and their families. Good decisions made at the right time require information to drive the analysis process. In March 2018 we launched Farm Focus, a new cloud based platform capable of taking farmers to a new level of best practice in their overall farm management. This is a replacement product to the highly successful Cashmanager RURAL Online. A key shift in Cash Manager Focus is to live in a world where data just arrives ready to consume. Its driven by the paperless office, but the real value is the arrival of information in real time. Planning is fundamental to growing any business and is crucial to farming. Our software is all about making planning easy, believable and easy to implement on time. Our software is genuinely unique. Our team is focused on delivering tools that help farmers plan and measure so they will manage their business better. A long time ago we discovered that what farmers need is significantly different to their city cousins and it’s not just a matter of adapting or extending a general purpose accounting system. A key aspect is that we focus on the future, they all look backwards. That's why we a deliver a special purpose product, designed and built from the ground up, in Masterton. Farm Focus Ltd is an incredibly exciting place to be working in for our 40 plus permanent staff. We are innovating in every area of the business. The organisation has reach way beyond its size. For example the annual turnover of all farms using Cashmanager RURAL is about $14 billion, effectively managing debt several times this figure.
