CFA® Charterholder and experienced Financial Reporting Manager with over 15 years in the financial services industry, I bring a strong focus on Management, Coaching, and Training - known for leading high-performing teams, optimizing reporting processes, and delivering exceptional client service. I have managed large-scale conversions to Confluence Unity systems, streamlined reporting workflows, and driven department-wide improvements that cut inefficiencies and increased data accuracy. My expertise spans SEC filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-MFP, and more), U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SOC1 compliance, and mutual fund reporting. I’ve successfully overseen multi-client portfolios with fund projects, managed both onshore and offshore teams, and led complex audits with no qualified opinions for more than a decade. While my core focus is on reporting, compliance, and process leadership, I’ve also played a key role in training and talent development. As a founding member of our department’s Training Committee, I created and delivered many internal courses and helped subject matter experts become confident trainers. I enjoy mentoring, coaching, and simplifying complex topics - especially when it helps teams work smarter and grow faster. I’m passionate about building systems that scale and teams that thrive. Whether leading daily operations, guiding change initiatives, or delivering training, I bring a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused mindset. Open to leadership roles in financial reporting, operations, and client service - particularly those that value both process improvement and people development. Also open to select training and L&D opportunities where my financial expertise and communication skills can bring value. On the side, I’m working on writing both a finance book and a baseball book. And because I clearly don’t believe in having just one hobby, I’ve also dipped a toe into stand-up comedy - because what better way to explain high yield bonds than with a punchline?
