About Brian Elam

My mind was blown away! Sitting at my desk in massage therapy school after working my security job all day, was incredible! Learning all the ways the human body can heal and recover was stunning! I realized that more people needed this knowledge, the help of natural healers. So after graduation I started what was to be the Angie's List of natural health providers. After 3 years of YouTube university, only 3 clients, and financing the business from my personal bank account it was over. The marketers I followed, the courses I bought, the monster website I built, the ads I ran, they were all wrong. I felt like a failure, a fraud, definitely not an entrepreneur. But the drive to have freedom in my life by being a successful entrepreneur didn't leave. I made the decision to get the right help, from coaches and mentors. From then on things have gotten consistently better and I have been helping other coaches and consultants avoid my mistakes so they can have their own successful business. What turned everything around were these 3 principles. Abundance is everywhere: In order to have more and be more I had to shift my beliefs that resources are scarce, I don't have enough, and should feel guilty for wanting more. Helping Vs. Selling: Being a person who focuses on adding value to your ideal client at every turn wins every time over pitching your awesome program or service. Ask for help: You don't know what you don't know: There is so much knowledge and experience to be absorbed and it's okay to ask for help. This journey has showed me over and over that highly successful coaches have coaches. I hope this serves as an inspiration
