In my current role as a Senior Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, I will be working directly with the US Bank team on handling the Asset Sales for their OREO locations across the US working closely with brokers on the marketing/sale of these properties from beginning to closing. In my prior role as Senior Transaction Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, I worked directly with a regional healthcare client headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee with over 60-plus hospital campuses across over 20 states. In my role, I was the direct real estate contact/landlord agent for 20-plus hospitals overseeing their medical office building leases to 3rd party physicians where the Hospital was the Landlord that are regulated by Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. In addition, I oversaw the transactions for two Transaction Managers based in Brentwood, Tennessee that handled the lease transactions for the remaining hospitals in that portfolio. For the calendar year 2024, I managed a portfolio of medical office building lease transactions valued at over $15 million in annual rent, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achieving a 99% closing/renewal rate within deadlines. Prior to going into Transaction Management, I was a Manager with Cassidy Turley Corporate Services. I brought more than 12 years of financial accounting experience to support our corporate clients. I worked closely with a major client to develop an effective national disposition strategy for their real estate assets. My financial expertise had also helped our Facility Advisory and Project Management teams in handling due diligence assignments and other similar projects. In 2006, I joined Cassidy Turley's Client Accounting Services where I was directly responsible for managing a team of accountants to manage more than 100 properties throughout the United States. More than 80% of the client accounts were handled through Yardi software. In addition, I worked diligently with our Washington D.C. region to maintain high standards throughout Cassidy Turley's entire Client Accounting Services division, as well as SAS 70 Compliance.
