About Brian Etty

I have enjoyed a varied career spanning two countries and various disciplines. While always focused on Information Technology I have had a special place in my life for both customer service and business practices. This has led me to Information Technology Service management and the ITIL framework. As an architect for ITSM I am able to now combine my creative interest in IT with the desire to mix in customer service and business knowledge to help drive process improvements and innovative solutions to real problems facing the industry I am working in. My continued desire to tinker and improve has always lead me down a path of experimentation and striving for something beyond the simply 9-5 grind. It began early in my career and developed as I saw opportunities and went after them. Everything from reducing and optimizing, going paperless, and now designing systems and processes for a large Health Care organization. I continue to search and look for more opportunities were I can put my need to tinker and provide solutions that drive real results and growth in those around me.
