Scholarship Matters! Art, Nature and Technology coexisting I bring a life time of continued academia, scholarship in the sciences and emerging technologies along with vision and entrepreneurship to all my endeavors. In the early 70's I worked in the Nuclear Weapons Laboratory at the Sandia National Laboratory. I was intricately involved with the IBM 360 mainframe which led me throughout the 1970’s to become involved with the new advent of the micro / personal computer. That led me to become a leading pioneer in software engineering for the personal computer in the early 1980’s and later went on to build two software companies that went public and were subsequently purchased by the Blue Cross network. My love of flying inspired me to develop the first FAA approved flight school in Southern New England. Today, my love for the science of the light emitting diode, its packaging and the art of advanced manufacturing platforms has led to work on a global scale. Today I manufacturer LEDs modules for the digital signage and display industries and am advancing digital lighting for advanced vertical farming platforms. I focus on making what happens next.
