My experiences from working in arts management to gift planning (higher ed. and healthcare) have enabled me to appreciate a broad constituency of donors. Philanthropy is a terrific way to learn from and be part of the best of humanity. With an integrated giving structure well underway, this year will be about moving the division strategically forward toward a higher level of success by implementing a cultural shift toward our constituency.
