Recognised as a UK expert in leading project teams during early development of coastal and civil engineering schemes, I am instrumental in delivering truly outstanding innovative projects. Particularly skilled at coordinating and integrating customers, designers, specialist consultants, key suppliers and subcontractors. Also I am able to communicate awareness and understanding of basic and complex technical issues to all levels, ensuring an appropriate level of technical support is provided. I add real value to all projects through continuity of involvement from concept, into early contractor involvement (ECI), contract phases and beyond into aftercare, as well as generating a continual learning cycle to feed into future scheme development. Ongoing professional development of self and others includes being a Supervising Civil Engineer (SCE) and a Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) Ambassador. This wealth of experience, coupled with an enthusiastic, flexible, friendly and focused approach adds value to every team.
