About Brian Fedje

My career has included not-for-profits, small business, and global Fortune 50 corporations. I have had to grow a business and lead the development of large web-based systems. I have a passion for technology and data and helping companies use technology to make their business more efficient and more profitable. I have done this by creating a product registration system that increased Carrier's registration volume from 200-300 per month to per day. We also used data analysis to improve data quality of registrations from 35% error to 0.5% error in 6 months. As a consultant I created macros to automate reporting that reduced the time from 12 hours to 10 minutes. I also helped a marketing firm demonstrate their program helped their client increase sales 20% more than their traditional sales methods. Most recently I lead a SQA team that successfully supported the launch of a registration application with no reported defects following launch.I have a unique combination of experience with IT, digital marketing, project management, business analysis, SQA, data/web analytics, training and team leadership. Combine that with an MBA and several leadership opportunities in associations, and the variety of ways I can help clients is broad. I bring the most value to positions where I can leverage all of these experiences in a leadership capacity to help an organization.
