Over thirty-five years of expertise in EHS leadership, project management, and hands-on experience implementing EHS programs within industrial manufacturing and production environments. Knowledge and skill areas include ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 management systems; project management, EHS auditing; regulatory compliance; incident investigations; risk assessment and RCCAs; worker's compensation; training, emergency response; environmental permitting (air, waste water NPDES, storm water, SPCC); environmental reporting (TIER II, TRI, TURA, DMRs); environmental remediation (Superfund, RCRA Corrective Action, state remedial actions); due diligence for mergers and acquisitions; and TSCA import/export, REACH, RoHS, WEE. Past experience within the public sector in permitting and enforcement functions including hazardous waste management and RCRA permits; Title V, NSR and PSD air permits; and hazardous air pollutant standards (NESHAPS/MACT).
