About Brian Flint

After being admitted as a Solicitor I joined my former firm Pearson Rowe Solicitors in Birmingham as a Partner in the 1980s. As a solicitor in Birmingham, I have over twenty years experience in legal problem solving; and I am dedicated to getting to the heart of the issue quickly involving company law, civil litigation, commercial contracts including property, contested wills and estates, human resources and regulatory issues too. Thus the core of the legal or business matter can be addressed as effectively and as expeditiously as possible. In addition to providing a range of legal advice as a partner at a Birmingham law firm I have also been a STEP member, enjoyed panel membership of the Law Society and I have extensive experience of acting as an advocate in the civil courts. During my career as a solicitor, I have acted for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in advising on and managing the closure of solicitors firms in appropriate cases and ensuring they are wound down in a proper and orderly manner always with the interests of clients paramount. I am now living in Worcestershire and continue to work in the Birmingham office and for the Kidderminster office Specialties: Sale and Acquisition of Businesses and Commercial Hobbies: Golf and playing Tenor Saxophone
