I power fintech trading and marketplaces from start-up to success. The specific approach changes based on markets, clients, and products, but my formula stays consistent: Deeply understanding equity trading flows, client needs, product capabilities, and partner capacities. Building a massive network of trusted industry leaders and carefully connecting them to enable front-to-back execution of complex trades. Continually assimilating to global cultures and regulatory/market demands to optimize products, unify stakeholders, and close large deals. As a global business leader, I’ve lived and worked overseas and established relationships across the equity trading and securities financing ecosystems, including the buy side, sell-side banks/brokers, retail, market makers/HFT firms, alternative trading systems (ATS), exchanges, data providers, order/execution management systems (OMS/EMS), custodians, and clearinghouses. I hold a BA in Statistics from The College of New Jersey and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and hold the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 55, 4, 24, along with the Japan Securities Dealers Association Series 2 registrations.
