About Brian Freeman

Many organizations are overpaying and underperforming across procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), not because of a lack of tools, but because of gaps between systems, processes, and execution. Syntracity Solutions, LLC was established to focus on closing those gaps, providing advisory perspective across procurement, P2P, and ERP-enabled transformation initiatives. Work centers on aligning procurement operating models, Coupa and broader ERP strategy, including SAP, supplier enablement, invoice automation, and spend analysis to support measurable business outcomes. Current work is delivered through High Velocity Network, where I lead procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and Procure-to-Pay initiatives across enterprise clients. This includes indirect and MRO spend analysis contributing to initiatives that typically achieve 10–20% cost savings, and a structured RFQ delivering 27% cost savings through competitive sourcing. Backed by 25+ years of experience across supply chain operations, procurement, ERP transformations, and complex system integrations, this work combines strategic perspective with hands-on execution to drive real results. If you are evaluating cost reduction opportunities, seeing gaps in P2P performance, or not realizing expected value from Coupa or ERP platforms, I’m always open to a quick discussion to share where meaningful opportunities may exist.
