As the Operations Manager of Neurodiagnostics at Corewell Health, I lead one of the largest and most diverse teams of neurodiagnostic professionals in the nation. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, delivering exceptional and equitable patient care, health outcomes, and consumer experiences is my passion through data-driven analytics and insights, innovative strategies, and collaborative partnerships. My leadership style centers on empowering teams to challenge the status quo and embrace continuous improvement and learning. I strive to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and integrity among my peers, department, executive leadership, and organization. Leveraging my clinical expertise, analytical skills, and communication abilities allows me to be a servant leader to bridge gaps between providers, operations, and our front-line teams.
