A strong operations minded individual who has proven success in both automotive and non-automotive industries, specifically metals. I have a proven history of employee engagement, process improvement, P&L responsibility and customer relations. I have experience in managing both single site operations for a private company as well as multi-site operations for a global company. KPIs are key and it is critical you are measuring the right things. What drives me is the continual satisfaction I receive by being a part of projects that people get to see in everyday life. I am passionate about what I do and I have learned never to settle. When driving improvements it is important to consider both the process and the product. I enjoy being around people who understand that if you are not moving forward you are going backwards. Working to optimize workflow and efficiency is key in today's work environment and in order to succeed you must first start by empowering people.
