Some of my achievements include: • Delivered an eCommerce online fraud and client charge-back decision engine for Data Mesh Group, driving an 80% reduction in penalties imposed by banks. • Championed the introduction of JIRA Agile Project Management tools at Data Mesh Group, standardising key processes and creating a seamless integration across all projects. • Built, tested and deployed an API payment-integrated gateway for Coles Gift Cards that connected with Paydoc payment platforms, delivering the project within tight timelines and budget constraints. • Identified and implemented strategies at Cuscal to improve ways of working across a major project, enabling improved alignment between each team’s workflow and enhanced focus on the agreed project scope. • Drove the introduction of an online booking tool used via the Qantas.com webpage, consolidating client data on a centralised platform to streamline future bookings whilst providing an enhanced client experience.
