About Brian Gilmore

I am a responsible, productive, resilient and adaptable project manager with 10 years of experience at mission-driven organizations. I completed three "tours" of AmeriCorps in settings as varied as the classroom, the great outdoors, and the traditional office. I thoughtfully approach my work, motivated by deeply held values of equity and justice, and a desire to be a good citizen of the world. Colleagues describe me as calm and cool under pressure, which is critical in dynamic work environments. I supported one organization in three different manager roles in five years as we experienced growth of over 200%. When I'm trying not to take my work too seriously, you'll find me looking for any excuse to get outdoors, spending excessive time searching for new music, or delivering well-timed puns that may or may not elicit a few laughs.
